Our Story
Justice Ophthalmics has been distributing ophthalmic products in Tennessee for over 35 years. Like most small distributors, the company ran on a legacy ERP system (Omnis) that was built in the 1990s — and was finally reaching end-of-life.
When the DSCSA compliance deadline was announced, the options were grim: spend $200K+ on NetSuite with an 18-month implementation, hire compliance consultants to manage manual T3 documentation, or build something purpose-built for the way distributors actually work.
We chose the third option. We built FORGE — starting from the ground up, using Justice Ophthalmics as the production test bed. Every feature was built for real workflows. Every migration was done with real production data from a 35-year ophthalmic distributor.
The result: a production-ready ERP that went live at Justice Ophthalmics and is now ready for the 500,000+ distributors facing the same DSCSA compliance challenge.
